Problem booting up my Orange SPV with BT Mobile SIM card

When I switch on my Orange SPV with a BT Mobile SIM card inserted I am requested to enter SIM unlock / security code, any suggestions?

Welcome to the site :D

Your phone is SIM locked, to unlock it click on the words SIM unlock

This only works for the SPV and E100 and is free ^_^

I have just read the answer from awarner. I don't understand what or where when you say "click on the sim unlock" (I know, us idiots must be very frustrating). Please be simple specific. . . .
