I have acquired a SPV C500 Orange and I have unblocked it once ignited I have tried to take a photo but the room does not work looks at all the green screen someone can help me? or it is a defect of the telephone? excused for my English...I speak Italian

When you start the camera are you saying the screen in just bank

so you cannot see anything at all?
