Few questions about c500

Heya, I want to get a new phone. I dunno if this is the one for me or not!

Whats the sound quality like on the earphones with mp3s playing? Also is it loud enough?

Is the socket a standard one so i can use any earphones?

Are ringtones loud?

Is there any place that does the sliver one on pay as you go?

Sound quality is good when listening to mp3's and definately loud enough. You can't use standard headphones as the jack plug is smaller than a stndard 3.5 mm but you can buy a adapter cheap enough. I work in a commercial vehicle garage and i've never missed a call so the ringtones are loud enough and you can't get the silver version on payg, it is for premium contracts only ^_^

Thanks for the reply ivor. Thats cool so the ring tones are loud even if using custom ones.

Im seriously considering this as my next phone. Seems like it has all the things i want in a phone. The expandable memory being the main thing im looking out for in a smartphone. As id like to use it as a mp3 player for jogging. Im abit put off by the mpx220 mostly due to lame battery life.

Hmm im gonna read up some more about the c500. ^_^
