Does anyone have this theme/homescreen?

Hi,

I am looking for the theme/homescreen that is shown on the Plug-Ins sticky. The theme I am after is the one right at the end, and the image is titled "LCDFinal.gif"

If anyone has this theme/homescreen, then could they please tell me where to get it or e-mail it to me?

I have looked everywhere for it, but to no avail.

I am hoping you guys can help!
