outgoing mail server switching?

Is there a utility that allows the outgoing server to be selected without going through account setup each time?

My problem is that when using GPRS the outgoing server needs to be smtp.orange.net but when using passthrough it needs to be my normal server.

Also does anyone know of a utility for Outlook that allows the "reply to" address to be selected for individual emails. I want to use this as an Anti-Spam device.

While I'm on the subject of email, does anyone else think it's silly having to select ann account before being able to select account setup only then to have to select an account you want to set up again? Surely it would be more logical to be able to select account setup before you chose the account - or if you have allready selected the account, not to then have to select it again?
