Anyone tried a Transcend MiniSD? If so, they good?

I'm thinking of picking one of these miniSD's up so I'll have it for the SP3i when they are available... Anyone use them before and are they good if you have?

I use a 512MB Transcend miniSD in my t-mobile SDA. It functions perfectly... 8)
