Beginner's Guide?

Owing to Orange manuals being a bit crap and all the newbies we seem to have here with new Typhoon smartphones, was wondering if there is a guide here (couldn't find one in search) or on one of the other major smartphone sites, to guide a new beginner in the ways of the smartphone?

As on CoolSmartphone, perhaps it could be given more prominence eg. on the front page.
