Call Waiting Notifications...

Hi,

There used to be a notification on my Nokia phone that told you if the person you are calling is engaged in a call, it used to flash up "Waiting" and make a small beep.

Is there something similar on the c500? It doesnt seem to do this - am i missing a setting somewhere or something?

*** UPDATE *** ignore my post below, mis-read you post. Got it the wrong way around. you want outgoing notification of engaged ... sorry

My C500 does this as standard. When a call comes in whilst engaged in a call I get to short beeps that repeat every 4/5 seconds and my call screen changes to call waiting with the number/name of the caller.

Check you call waiting settings .. settings / phone / call waiting
