Possible new firmware for the Mpx220

I was talking to the cingular rep at my store (Best Buy) and looking at the mpx220. He told me not to buy it yet, wait about 2-3 weeks and the new version will be shipped, there is a problem with the original shipment of the phone. I normally wouldn't belive these guys, but he was able to identify the problems with the phone right away, battery life, scrambled camera with bluetooth on, no hi-res pics. He's also the guy who let me know about a month before the camera came out that it would be unlocked. He really seems to know about this phone. Who knows, in a few weeks there may be some improvement with the 220, until then, I'm sticking with my 200.
