O2 XPhone Upgrade Error 117

I can't get the 1.7.10.2 to 1.10.18.6 upgrade to work on my O2 Xphone. I keep getting ERROR 117 Invalid Model ID when I run the update.

I'm in Sydney and the phones from Malaysia originally so I'm supposed to pay for the upgrade with a weeks downtime at a service centre.

Can anyone help with getting this upgrade done?

P.S. I've cleared data on the phone and also tried from a different PC.
