video & audio playback

i am trying to playback my video images on my PC from my Orange SPV e200. Have tried Windows Media Player 10 with no success(ie. audio OK , video only getting 'noise').

also, when receiving MMS messages I can not get audio attachments to playback, ie .amr files from Sony Ericsson T610. getting messaging on E200 stating that I need an application to run .amr files? where can I get application

Regarding video have a look in the Articles and FAQ section of the
