what size do i make pictures for the homescreen??

got some cool piccies that i want to put on the homescreen from the camera, but when i choose them, it seems only a small part appears, and does not resize it to fit. What size do i make the pics, or is there a resize option somewhere?

If its for the homescreen then they only need be 200 high as the soft keys take up 20

i tried it at 176 x 200, and it is still to big!! I am suprised that it doesnt self adjust to fit the page. maybe this could be fixed??? i am using the windows default homescreen

176 x 200 but leave 20px at the top if your icon bar has a solid colored background. Moved to Customization discussion.
