Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect my Palm T3 to the net via my C500 using bluetooth and GPRS.

I managed to get it going for a short while yesterday before I updated to 4.1.1.4 but now can't get the phone to be usable as a modem. Note that it did stop working before I updated too, so I don't think the update is what affected it.

My settings are to use the phone as a touchtone modem connected via bluetooth, dialing *99# as per some instructions I found in the newsgroups.

However, I now get a timeout saying 'modem not found' and don't get the two arrows on the antenna sign like I did before.

I wonder if there's some obscure setting I'm missing somewhere or that I have accidentally switched again?

Anyone connecting to the net using a PDA to their C500?

Thanks,

Martin

Try looking in the How To section here on modaco, as I am sure this has been covered there before. If you get no joy, re-post in the Help and Advice section. Sorry I couldnt be more help!

There doesn't seem to be anything about it under 'C500 palm t3', but I'll modify my search terms a bit and see what I can find.

Not entirely sure if this will work but might be worth a try .If you go to

http://www.2kdevelopment.com/connect2internet.html you could download their free trial which does everything for you.No mention of the c500 but all others are mentioned and apparentlly if you assist with the codes or something for any phone not on their site at present they will give you their product free for helping them

Hope that helps

Same here and I think the update has stopped it working. Worked fine before and now I can't get it working (since update).
