Hang during App Install

I recently downloaded and installed a skin Nick Butcher's Mac Plus skin for my c500. Unfortunately it hangs during the "Installation in progress" page. The only way I can get out of this is to press and hold the red hang-up button, soon after the install screen appears again.

I've checked for files in StoragewindowsAppMgrInstall with Activesync, the Orange FileManager, and SmartExplorer, none of which state that there are any files there.

Any ideas? I don't realyl want to do a hard reset if it means I'll loose all the Orange settings.
