Guest kurtfhouse Posted October 27, 2004 Report Posted October 27, 2004 Finally got myself on broadband tonight after months of nagging the Mrs that we "need" it ^_^ Am using Wanadoo with a 1Mbps connection, am very impressed with the speed indeed. The service was good too, only signed up online on Sunday and here I am Wednesday using it. My brother uses AOL and it took a fortnight to get up and running. Anyway just thought I wold share my happy vibe 8) Cheers peeps

You leave your PC on all the time connected to the net just in case you want to look something up, check email, casually browse or multiplayer death match. It really is good and changes your whole attitude to the net and your PC. You no longer have to take time out to dial up and wait forever till a page loads! mike
