Third Party Camera for MPX200????

Would it be possible to use the XDA SD Camera on the MPX200. They have Pocket PC Drivers available for them, isn't the Windows Mobile OS just a stripped down version of the Pocket PC OS? It should work shouldn't it? :?

Even though the OS is a stripped down version, the hardware is totally different. IMHO, this won't work, but creative thinking though...
