Wont recognise incoming caller id

Hi.

Apologies if this has been repeated but i have searched and searched.

I just bought a c500 and it doesnt seem to recognise incoming calls.

I keep my phone numbers in the format +44 (xx) yyyy zzzz and if i get a UK based phone call, it is sporadic whether it will identify the caller. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesnt. There seems to be no logic...

Any help on how to resolve it (i will not change all my numbers!!!)

I drop the leading zero in uk phone numbers (eg. a mobile with 07768 will be +44 (7768) xxx xxx)

I have been been keeping my numbers this way (Outlook default) for years and now i have to change... Uh oh.

There is no issue with sms recognition, so why phone??.....
