Telnet client for E200. Automatic dial through a phone card?

Hi guys,

Two questions!

First, I previously used SonyEricsson which had the phone card feature - when I went to contacts I pressed CALL and kept it pressed so it dials through the phone card previously memorized. Do you know some software for the E200 that does that or something similiar. I searched but could not find enything.

Second, is there a good telnet client for E200. I found one called 'telnet' but it does not work.
