Getting contacts onto a Parrot CK3100 carkit from a SPV C500

Hi there

I've fitted a Parrot CK3100 carkit to my Vauxhall Zafira to use with my SPV C500, but the manual is very poor on explaining how to get contacts onto the carkit if its one of the fully supported phones. Can someone give me a rundown on how I go about it with a SPV C500 and then assign voice tags to then on the carkit contacts.
