My buttons on my phone are un-responsive and hard to press

I have to press down hard on my 3 button and my center/ok(blue) button. I only had the phone for a couple of months. Does anyone know wat i should do. lol should i oil them up, open up my phone and pop them back in place. I have no clue.

maybe your keypads are wornout.

If you have only had it a few months you should ask your network for a replacement, unless your phone is secondhand?
