Photo Caller ID

Hi there,

I have just bought a C500 and only discovered the forum. I seem to be unable to activate the photo caller ID function. I've assigned some pictures to certain contacts.. yet when they call.. I still get the standard screen with the orange strip running across.

Any tips?

I found the same problem with mine - but I found if I turned the phone off and then back on again it all worked correctly...

I had the same problem...rebooting the phone seemed to help

Hi there,

Thanks for info. I've tried switching the phone off and then back on.. but it doesn't seem to resolve the problem.. same old orange strip across the bottom... it recognises whos calling because the name associated with the number comes up.. but just no picture.

I'm stumped..

Any further ideas?

funny enough last night I assigned a photo, that didn't show. then I rebooted the phone and it worked. but a few hours later I assigned another photo to another contact and I had to reboot again. anyone else experiance this?

I am using the Orange Photo caller ID
