C500 locked your phone ?I have the solution, not simlock

So if as me you have lost your password to unlock your C500 so i have the solution. You must have the lastest update for your phone, downloadable to orange website.

First, turn off your phone.

Remove your sd card

Now click on camera butom and press 1/2s not more, the power.

( All know its the menu with 3 colors )

And now, you can lanch your update, and active sync is not necessary so you can update your phone without the password, which is requiered by active sync, and update him.

When it's finish, your password have been removed.

you can do exactly the same with a hard reset (which is what this effectively does when you upgrade the rom)
