can some one create a program for me???

I was wondering how difficult it would be to create a program for the C500.

It sounds simple in theroy....

I would like a program that when a bluetooth device is paired with the C500, the program would key and/or device unlock the phone, and when no bluetooth device is paired, the keys are locked again....

ie: when my BT car kit is paired, the keys are unlocked and I can voicedial out without unlocking the phone.

Any thoughts/comments - this was a bug i was hoping would be fixed in the ROM update.
