Outlook + ActiveSync Problem (2003)

Sometimes after the sync with outlook using activesky is that the name (sender) isn't visible anymore in outlook.

Is there a way back to get the sender name visible and/or to prevent this

This is what will happen with the inbox items.

And this is the email header where the sender name is gone.

Is this is how it should be.

I have the same problem and I think it occurrs when you have your phone plugged in and then turn the computer on. I try to make sure that I turn on the machine, and when logged into windows, then plug the phone in.

Additionally, I don't know of any way to get the info back.

Well, I also want the info back but don't know how.

I noticed that the problem also occur if I turn on the computer and wait till Microsoft Outlook is fully started.

The problem is you never know when it will hapen. I also noticed that HTML email messages will turn into plain text.
