C500 wont exit sounds in settings menu!

Hi im having a problem with my c500, it is when i change the ringtone, or any sound for that matter, i click done after changes have been made but nothing happens can click menu etc after but wont assign the tones. can anyone help. Dont want to do a hard reset so advice would be nice. Cheers

Have you tried rebooting the phone and then changing the settings again?

If so then it sounds like you may need to do a Hard Reset :?
