hi all,

a couple weeks ago i got a "SIM update" txt message which I just deleted.

since then there have been a couple of occasions where i've received text messages and the phone does not stop vibrating until I take out the battery! any ideas? the phone locked up too.

Sounds like a software bug, though I have never experienced this on mine, either pre or post-update... Have you tried a software update on your C500 yet? Might resolve the problem. That or a Hard Reset.
