Guest MitzEclipse Posted November 2, 2004 Report Posted November 2, 2004 Easy method of converting all Appointments marked as "private" to public in Outlook? Hi All, I am using Outlook 2000. Is there a way to convert all of my appointments marked as "Private" to public? Right now, the only method I know of is to manually double click on each and every appointment and uncheck the private box. Is there a way to automate this? Using a 3rd party software? Using a different program? Thanks in advance!
Guest FrankyG Posted November 2, 2004 Report Posted November 2, 2004 Change Calendar view to 'by category' Right click on one of the columns and select the 'field chooser' Drag the 'Sensitivity' field up so that it's displayed. Then make sure the 'Group By' box is displayed, and drag the 'sensitivity' field onto the 'Group By' box. If the 'Group By' box is already sorting on another field, just drag that field away from the Group By box first. You should then have a list of appointments which are grouped by sensitivity. you then simply drag whatever appointments you choose into the appropriate area and Outlook will change the sensitivity. Easy! Any problems let me know and I'll help...
