Movies flickering ? what did i do !!

Hi there,

I have gothika on dvd, and i reduce the size etc to smartphone stuff but now it flickers or shocking on the smartphone, but when i look it on pc it is normal ??:S i am watching with pockettv

the settings..

354Kb/s and around 29fps ??? smartphone view it is shocking in pc view its normal ???

Is this pre or post update? Could be a GAPI issue. I know it affected certain types of video playback.
