QUESTION ABOUT HARD RESET

i finaly goty a 512 minisd ford my smt5600. now i want to remove the

misc crap that i installed on the phones built in memory and start only

putting stuff on the card. i want to restore my phone to factory but dont want to loose all my contacts and e-mail settings? what are my options

for backing that stuff up? what programs are best to do that .

Syncing with Outlook is the best way of keeping your contacts.

Pen & paper for email settings, I'm afraid.

i was afraid of that, it would be nice if someone made a good backup program for the smartphones.

There is Sprite but that would restore all your data, which you don't want.
