TOM TOM MOBILE and Usefull places.

Could someone tell me where to put the .wav files so it is possible to assign these files to "usefull places". I've got some poi files of traffic cameras and now I would to have a vocal sound warning me when i'm commin gup to that point. This is an standard option in TTM but the default sounds are so bad. So my goal is to put some new sound files in there. Could someone please help me ?

Could someone also tell me where i can find the wav files "after 200meter turn right) etc.
