Orange c500 and thermo

Hello I have a c500 and the program thermo, but thermo is 3 degrees to high than the room temperature. So I want to calibrate. Xetra ( the maker) said you find it in the register HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareXetranetThermo but that is not on my PC. So what to do.

you have to add the key by yourself.

like:

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareXetranetThermo

REG_DW [Calib=100]

eg 3 down: 3: -3 => 100-3 = 97

eg 3 up de +3 => 100+3 = 103

but i wonder why your c500 is only failing 3 degree.

mine shows 230min and 300max without any concrete degree.

which rom do you have?

maybe anyone knows how to solve this c500 problem?

i read it could be divided by 10 or something?

@xetra: do you have a /10 version for c500 or do you know what to do?

I have send an e-mail to Xetra and he send me an attachment with the program thermo. But can you explain me how i make the steps in the computer. The things I have done doesn't work

did you make the registry changes?

do you have a regeditor?

and maybe you can send me this version?

i bought xbar 2.4 and it shows the right temp, but the newest thermo app does not. :lol:

I did the register change on my PC, but I don't know how it works and how to do it. With this reply I send thermo as an attachment

you mean you made changes to your phone, not your pc?

you have to start phm regedit or regedit from resco explorer or something amd create a key named xetranet, there thermo, than a dword named calib.

how do i install this program? When i transfer it to my phone it says its not a valid app

i think calibration doesnt work with this.

when i decrease the value in calib the

thermo plugin from xbar 2.4 recognizes it,

but the app doesnt.

ok i got it running,

is the 3* error common on all ? And does anyone have any suggestions which freeware regeditor i should use?

i like phm regeditor.

i think the orneta one is also free, but i dont know it.
