SPV C500 GPRS settings (orange-o2)

i recently bought a C500 on ebay to use with my o2 account and no problems in unlocking etc. but my only problem is getting rid of orange gprs settings and entering the o2 ones as o2 don't sell SPVs they don't automatically send you the settings to get it to work!

can anyone help and also if anyone know how can i get rid of the orange load up screens!!??!!

i can get there but i just wondered if someone knew how to imput their o2 settings in there to allow me to use it at the moment its just usless!

is an XDA the same sort of thing as an SPV becuase they are both windows mobiles! and would i be able to get the settings that way?

Connection name: O2 GPRS Proxy

Connects to: Internet

Access Point: mobile.o2.co.uk

Username: o2wap

Password: password

Primary DNS: 193.113.200.200

Secondary DNS: 193.113.200.201

IP address: Blank

In the "data connections" screen use these settings to connect to "internet connection"

Then in the MMS setup screen, use the above profile with the following:

IP: 193.113.200.195

Port: 9201

Mmsc: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

Now for the internet.....

Connection Name: O2 GPRS Wap

Connect to: Internet

Access Point: payandgo.o2.co.uk

username: payango

password: password

primary/seconday DNS: 0.0.0.0

IP address: 193.113.200.195:8080

Try this..... I adapted it and it works for me on o2 Pay & Go
