Probem connecting Fortuna Clip on to my C500

Hi,

Please can someone help me. I have just purchased the Fortuna clip on for my C500 but I cant get them to connect to each other.

They seem to pair fine and the BT indicator light on the fortuna flickers red and blue but as soon as the pairing finishes the bluetooth light goes out.

Can anyone help? Am I doing something wrong or could my Fortuna be faulty as searching the forums I havent found anyone with a similar problem.
