help: mms video question

I've set up the o2 settings on my c500 and i can access the internet fine and also send and recieve images, however i tried to send a short video (3gp about 50k), the phone said sent however i recieved the message with just 1kb of the text i wrote, then i recieved a message from o2 saying i had recieved a message that had an object that couldnt be played on my device and was directing me to the o2 mms website.

does this mean i can send mms video messages to people but i cannot recieve them?

can anyone help?

this is because o2 have not registered your number with your phone model, they dont send you the video back because they dont know you have a phone that can handle it, i had a simlar problem with orange years ago. just ring o2 and they should sort it out.
