where are bluetooth beamed files stored on c500?

I've looked all over I can't find the file I was sent by a work colleague. Logically I'd have thought is should go in 'my documents/my video' (abi??)but I can't find anything there even though there was a confirmation that the file was received.

I believe they are stored in 'Storage/My documents' as per the E200...... i assume you have looked there, if its not there you couls try a 'find' with Smart Explorer....
