Replacing a Scratch front on the C500

Sorry if i have put this in the wrong area.

I spoke to htc yesturday cos i have scratched the front of my phone about replacing the cover and the chap i spoke to said it was less than £20 including VAT and P&P (can't remember the exact figure) which is a lot cheaper than ebay were there selling the fronts for £30 to £50 and if you are suffering the dust issue they will put a new front on anyway for free. :lol:

very useful, it lets the c500 down abit the fact the covers arent changable.

But cool to know that orange do them, and not for an arm and a leg

I am also suffering from the dust problem and the tip of one of those cheep headphone adaptors from maplins has broken off in the phone. Called HTC and spoke to a very helpful guy called Tim. He said they would fix the dust prob FOC if they could remove the tip of the adapter and the socket was ok this would also be free if they had to replace the socket it would be about £20. Top marks to HTC for customer care!!!!
