Guest Panthios Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 Hi. I don't have Outlook, I was wondering it it was possible to backup contacts and calendar anyway? I wanna do a hard reset but keeping my contacts and calendar entries. Can I, via active sync explorer, copy some files (wich??) from the SPV E100 on to my computer, hard reset my SPV and them copy the files back on to the SPV again - and still having my contacts and calendar? Best regards
Guest hotphil Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 If you're on Orange, have you tried the Orange Backup program? It sends all this kind of stuff to the network, you can then reset your phone and download them again. No need even for a PC.
Guest Panthios Posted November 6, 2004 Report Posted November 6, 2004 No, sorry, Not on Orange. Aint it possible to just copy some files from the SPV to the PC as backup?

Guest Phil Lee Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 I thought the SPV range all came with outlook. Certainly my original SPV and my SPV C500 both came with Outlook.
Guest squall Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 they do, but if you loose the cd or have linux / a mac then its not that simple
