Backing up contacts and calendar without Outlook?

Hi.

I don't have Outlook, I was wondering it it was possible to backup contacts and calendar anyway?

I wanna do a hard reset but keeping my contacts and calendar entries.

Can I, via active sync explorer, copy some files (wich??) from the SPV E100 on to my computer, hard reset my SPV and them copy the files back on to the SPV again - and still having my contacts and calendar?

If you're on Orange, have you tried the Orange Backup program? It sends all this kind of stuff to the network, you can then reset your phone and download them again. No need even for a PC.

No, sorry, Not on Orange.

Aint it possible to just copy some files from the SPV to the PC as backup?

I thought the SPV range all came with outlook. Certainly my original SPV and my SPV C500 both came with Outlook.

they do, but if you loose the cd or have linux / a mac then its not that simple
