My C500 locked yesterday. (So what says you, look in please!

When the phone locked I kept the green button depressed and the thing did either a hard or soft reset, don't know which but my copied midi files were gone from the windows folder.

Was this a hard or soft reset?

Soft reset. You shouldn't put things in the Windows folder. Anything you want to keep should be in Storage or Storage card (and sub directories)
