Key Pad Back Light

My keypad lights have just stopped working on my C500 (latest ROM) but randomly works and then doesnt, has anyone had this problem before? I cant really be arsed to do a hard reset on the device.

Is the light sensitivity on? Check start>settings>more>power mngmnt>light sensor enable>on/off

The same thing had happened to me. My light sensor used to work great. I wonder if this a known problem and if the light sensor is cheaply made.

i just did a quick test post update and i can confirm the light sensor is not effected by the update, it works great, as it did before the update, i would suggest ringing orange and getting a replacment if your that bothered,

1 thing it might be, have you checked the little hole at the bottom is not covered or blocked with dust or anything as this would impare how well it works.

I enabled my light sensor again and it seems to work now. Weird.
