HP6315 Pocket PC Phone Edition or i-mate Pocket PC II PDA?

Can anyone help me at my choice? I have a choice of buying the HP6315 Pocket PC Phone with a Texas Instruments 132MHz Processor and the i-mate Pocket PC Phone Edition version-2 (with Camera) and a 400MHz processor. I have kinda settled with the idea of going with the HP 6315, but then you can always let me in on a few suggestions!

Some companies and corporations will not let you take a camera phone (or camera PDA!) into the building in case you photograph their secrets, in which case the IPAQ 6315 (without camera) is a better alternative. If you arent a business person, or this does not apply to you, then it is a matter of personal choice.
