Pv Player problem?

:lol: Can anyone help? I've just bought a C500(great phone!) and can't seem to use PacketVideo player?

Basically I have MP3s and movies on the SD card....but packetvideo doesn't see any clips? When I go through SmartExplorer and open an MP3 file with PV I get an error, but MP4 videos I've taken with the phone(on SD card) will play but still don't show up in clips?

Am I being utterly stupid

PVPlayer looks in the /Storage Card/My Documents by default.

The Video files are saved in /Storage Card/My Documents/My Videos so you could always copy them over using FileExplorer.

Any ideas why the MP3's don't appear or play(all moved into my documents), I was under the impression it supported most file types?.

Is it bit rate?

You can play MP3's through Windows Media Player although I tend to use Betaplayer for just about everything :lol:

I even record in 'Motion-JPEG AVI' and then play it through Betaplayer with the JPEG plugin.

Having just bought the C500(I've had the E200 about a month...1GB SD now redundant :cry: ) I saw PVplayer and wondered if it was a functional app.....orange don't seem to helpful in telling you how this apps behave!

I think PVPlayer will mainly be used for streaming MP4 video.
