C500 ACTION BUTTON

Is there anyone else out there that thinks that the action button is a bit on the slack side ? im having to go back to orange and get another phone as the button has come slack. They initially said to me to choose another phone as it was a preference thing, what kind of answer is that!! I no that the spv has a lot of personalized things that might not suit everyone, but when a button goes faulty there is not much that you can do about it

mine is a little slack, but doesnt feel any worse than when i got it. Mine still works ok.
