Guest mike.smith Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 Has anyone had any response from Sprite Software regarding a version 2.0 key for Sprite Backup? I have left countless notes since they asked me for proof of purchase but no new key code still.
Guest yoos Posted November 7, 2004 Report Posted November 7, 2004 I created a ticket or whatever it's called on there website. I included all the info related to my purchase and received a key for 2.0 that works pretty quickly (next day)

Guest chucky.egg Posted November 10, 2004 Report Posted November 10, 2004 A ticket is just a reference number for a support request, and CRM is customer relationship management - in this case the software on the website that lets you request help. To request a key for the upgrade you have to go into the ... contact area i think. You'll know it when you see it. You have to register your details to log the request. Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest pete1312 Posted November 11, 2004 Report Posted November 11, 2004 Thank you "chucky.egg". I managed to post my request and received the key back in about 6 hours. (Seems like an antiquated system to me, but at least it worked).
