Judging by the speed of the transfers between PC and phone, I would say this is USB 1.0 only. Having had my C500 for a week, I have found nothing in the menu's on either the phone or the ActiveSync software related to the transfer speed.

I am sure someone will corrent me if I am wrong though ... here's hoping!

I believe xspyda is right. I have an old 1.0 hub for slow devices and moving the C500 from that to a full 2.0 port doesn't seem to change the speed. But since I come from the slow speed serial world of the P900, USB 1.0 seems very fast to me :-)

The C500 is slower than USB 1.0 I believe. I think it is something to do with the phone not being able to handle transfers of that speed. I have other USB 1.0 devices and they transfer data MUCH quicker between my PC than to my phone.

Yes I think it is slower than USB1. A bit annoying really considering it could have been full fledged USB2.

If you want to shift serious volumes of data to your mini sd card a USB 2 card reader is the only quick way if doing it.
