Guest Simon212 Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Hi All, Just wondering if anyones having the same problems I am with registering for Orange 'Email and Organise' (The online services) When I try to register, after entering my mobile number, the site tells me there is a problem with the number I entered. I have been emailing Orange customer services for the last 10 weeks (!!!) and they just keep giving me the same old story - "We are aware there is a problem...etc....Please bear with us....etc" :evil: I've been told the problem is because I ported a number from another provider (O2). I can only guess there website is setup to stop non-Orange numbers from registering, and is not correctly recognising ported numbers as such. Anyway - If you have had such a problem, please let Orange know by emailing: customer services Let me know how you get on! :lol: Cheers! Simon. PS: Note that the error is not because I have entered the number incorrectly - If you do happen to put a space in the wrong place etc, you get a different error.
