make a call - Activesync wants to sync?!

I make a call and activesync detects a change and wants to sync. It syncs the contact I just called, but doesn't appear to make any changes. Any idea whether this behavior is normal?

I always wondered why ActiveSync kept reporting that their were changes to a contact when there werent! Same behaviour on mine. Think its normal.
