I am running the latest version of AvtiveSync and when I go to sync my contacts from my C500 it gets about halfway through then stalls. The green blob goes round and round but it doesn't copy any more items across. Has anyone else had this proble, is it a corrupt contact and if so how can I find out which one it is?? Please help it's driving me mad!!!
Guest Disco Stu Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Welcome to the site :lol: I've had the same problem. I can't give you a technical answer, but after rebooting both phone & PC a couple of times everything sync'ed ok. Might have taken a couple of goes :?
Guest mcuttle Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 it happens whenever i try to do this, I have tried many times, even with a new rom on my phone and a clean install of windows I still get it. I never had this problem with the e200 or e100. Any ideas?
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 Are you running the latest verion of Activsync? ie 3.7.1 Also try deleting the partnership and resyncing your phone again.
Guest mcuttle Posted November 8, 2004 Report Posted November 8, 2004 I have done all this, I have had to delete the partnership then delete the partial transfers to outlook before the freeze happened. It's all very odd, really may have to pu iot down to 'one of those things'...
