o2 MMS/wap/GPRS settings

I have an unlocked SPV C500 and can't get the settings to input to get my MMS/internet to work.

well im gonna find the link for you but to be honest for some reason i cant get it to work even though its worked in the past and my girlfriend has the same problem.
