Urgent SKIN problem...please help me

I ahve a big problem, I installed the KENNY (sothpark) skin 3 weeks ago.

This morning when I light my phone this skin was broken, the icon of programs aren't show and the START button dosn't work, so I can't change the skin or use the programs...

the Phone mode run ok and also the Active Sync

I tried to find the skin files and delete, but I deleted only the picture skin and an the XML file...now the screen is white with the date and the operate name only...8-(

So when you hit the top left button the "start" button nothing comes up? If thats the case then I wouldn't know how to fix it unless doing a hard reset.
