C500 camera

when i use the camera on my c500 theres this orange line on the left hand side any reason anyone know how to get rid of it? because its all my pictures that i take!

this is me at work but as you can see on the left side theres an orange picture in the way and i have also included another.

try a hard reset..

if that doesn't work.. then you've got yourself a dud phone. Call orange up and tell them so you can get replacement.
